My story

Talking to me about sex will feel like the most natural thing in the world.

There is nothing I have not heard. This is the most sex-positive space you will find: we can go into the details of anything sexual or intimate, and your mind and your thoughts are not your enemies here. It is a very welcoming space.

What I actually do is break the patterns that are not serving you in relationships. Not manage them, not talk around them: break them, so you can build something that actually lasts.

Amanda, Amadragona, in an elegant black dress

Most of the people I work with have already built something real: a business, a career, a whole life they are proud of.

They are emotionally intelligent and accomplished in almost every direction except this one. Relationships never got the same investment. So they arrive with anxiety that will not switch off, trust that was broken and never repaired, jealousy they cannot reason their way out of, heartbreak they are still carrying, or a quiet insecurity about whether they are any good in bed.

Singles, couples, it does not matter: the pattern is the same. Somewhere along the way, the skill set for relationships got skipped.

The studio years

I founded and ran a pole dance studio in Switzerland starting in 2014. That decade is where this all really started. I was surrounded by women, performance, movement and the body, and I watched how much was happening underneath the surface: the loneliness, the quiet suffering, the disconnect from their own bodies that most of them never said out loud.

I helped hundreds of women feel sexy, feminine and confident in their bodies, and somewhere in that work I started seeing the same patterns over and over. That is what pulled me further in.

Tantra, the body and men

From there I got initiated into Tantra and started studying it seriously. I blended what I had learned working with women into work with all genders, and I moved fully into relationships. The body work kept going too: I trained through ISTA, a practitioner training in hands-on bodywork, and worked in person with a huge number of people using those methods.

Inside my VITA training under Layla Martin, I specialised in male sexuality and relationship dynamics. I wanted to understand the male perspective, not guess at it, so I could help men and women understand each other better. That is a real differentiator in this work, and part of why I work with men too, not only women.

Today, online and in community

Most of my coaching now happens online, using a psychosomatic approach. That means I am reading what your body is holding, not just what you are telling me. The body knows things before the mind is ready to say them, and that is usually where the real pattern lives.

More recently I have built community and taught workshops around sexuality, intimacy and relationships, using an Authentic Relating framework. That work includes co-creating a community project and officiating a tantric wedding.

We build a space where all of you is welcome, a toolkit you can reach for when you are in crisis, and patterns strong enough that you never have to go through the same suffering again.
